Fátima shapes GuidinGreen’s vision and drives innovation with a deep commitment to people, learning, and technology. She holds a PhD in Multimedia in Education, along with three master’s degrees — in Management, Multimedia, and Artificial Intelligence Engineering — which together reflect her multidisciplinary expertise at the intersection of education, technology, and business. Building on a strong background in IT systems across public and private sectors, Fátima has successfully coordinated and managed more than 18 European projects focused on digital transformation, innovation, and social impact. Her academic foundation and strategic mindset allow her to bridge research and real-world application, fostering projects that turn knowledge into meaningful change. As CEO of GuidinGreen, she leads the company’s strategic direction while actively contributing to the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
André is an Research Specialist who brings scientific precision and curiosity to every project. Currently pursuing a PhD in Theoretical Physics, he combines deep analytical thinking with a strong passion for innovation and technology. His academic background spans renowned European institutions — the University of Porto, Université Paris-Saclay, and Sapienza University of Rome — where he completed a joint Master’s in Physics through the prestigious QUARMEN program. At GuidinGreen, André applies his research expertise to the development of advanced IoT systems and contributes to the scientific foundations behind our AI-driven solutions. His ability to bridge theoretical insight with practical implementation strengthens the rigor and innovation of our technological initiatives. Beyond his research and engineering work, André is passionate about climbing and hiking — activities that help him stay focused, resilient, and grounded, both in nature and in his professional life.
Luís is a Software Developer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, combining technical precision with creative problem-solving. A computer engineer by training, he brings extensive experience in Oracle database management and data systems, now channeling his expertise toward the development of intelligent and scalable software solutions. With a deep interest in emerging technologies, Luís contributes to GuidinGreen’s innovation projects by bridging robust backend systems with cutting-edge AI applications. His analytical mindset and adaptability make him a key member of the development team, driving efficiency and innovation in every project he undertakes. Outside of work, Luís is passionate about scuba diving — a pursuit that helps him stay focused, disciplined, and inspired, both underwater and in his professional life.
Octávio is an Education and Management Specialist dedicated to promoting inclusion, leadership, and innovation in learning environments. With a degree in Philosophy and postgraduate qualifications in School Administration and Special Education, he brings almost three decades of experience leading educational and youth institutions and driving transformative initiatives across Portugal. Throughout his career, Octávio has held key management roles — including School Hedamaster and Regional Education Coordinator — where he implemented strategic projects focused on equitable access, digital literacy, and inclusive education. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to building schools where every learner can thrive. Beyond his professional life, Octávio enjoys diving — a passion that helps him stay focused, calm, and inspired, qualities he brings to his work in education and community development.
